Tips for a smooth job

  • If you're not sure what to send, upload what you have and message us
  • Check spellings and prices before approving proofs

Print jargon, explained

Not sure what to send? Send what you have.

You don't need to have every file perfectly prepared before starting an order. Upload what you have through your portal after checkout, and our team will let you know if anything needs to be reshot, replaced or supplied in a different format.

The more we have at the start, the faster we can get your proof ready. But you can always brief us in stages — there is no rush.
